By using the Bilbol mobile app and the bilbol.az website ("Bilbol") you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Bilbol.
1. The service
Bilbol is a free learning service with lessons, tests and game elements for learners from kindergarten to university applicants. The service is operated by the Bilbol team.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details and never share your password. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- Children under 13 use Bilbol with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A parent creates the child's account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app or on this page.
3. Acceptable use
When using Bilbol you must not:
- use someone else's account or create an account in someone else's name;
- choose offensive, inappropriate or infringing names;
- interfere with the service, collect points with automated tools (bots) or try to bypass security;
- copy and distribute questions, answers or other content in bulk.
We may restrict or delete accounts that break these rules without notice.
4. Content and intellectual property
Bilbol's questions, explanations, images, audio, design and software belong to the Bilbol team or their respective owners. You may use the content only for personal, non-commercial learning.
5. Virtual points and items
XP, gems, hearts, streak freezes, stickers and other virtual items are game elements only. They have no monetary value and cannot be sold, exchanged or converted into money. We may change the game rules and the amounts of these items.
6. Learning results
Bilbol is a learning aid. Although the tests follow the DIM exam format closely, we do not guarantee results in official exams. If you spot a mistake in the content, email [email protected].
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running without interruptions or errors but cannot guarantee it. We may pause the service for maintenance or change features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of Bilbol.
8. Privacy
How your data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
These terms may change. The new version is published on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
